However, if the return is not due to our mistake, you will need to pay for return shipping, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. Once we accept your return, we will process a refund for the item within about 10 business days. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or design, you will need to place a new order and return the original item.”
